“The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a great big smile! The music, the scents, the sage, the crystals, the personality, the entire first impression and the experience to follow, was like I manifested it out of my thoughts. Reg listened and paid attention to the small things that I shared with her and has been applying that to each of my visits, regardless of which service I get. My facials are amazing and I leave feeling so calm with glowing skin!  On the day of my son’s teen facial he had with Rachel, Reg casually asked if I wanted to do a sound bowl mediation with her while I waited for him. I had never done this but figured why not! This meditation came at the right time because I had so much on my mind and I didn’t know that I needed it until we were midway through and I became so emotional. She was singing positive affirmations and brought out feelings in me that I usually keep bottled up. 

Afterwards, she gave me space to write down my thoughts, gave me tea, and just let me relax until I was ready! A few weeks later,  I asked Reg if she would be willing to do another guided mediation and she joyfully agreed!  

I got there and it was just her and I in the spa. She had prepared an inviting and calming space just for me. The lights were dim, positive and uplifting music playing, incents burning, she had just saged the room, and had various crystals laying around. She let me get comfortable and asked what my intentions were for the mediation. After we talked, she explained what the various crystals were that she had set out prior to me arriving. As if she had been reading my mind and knew why I needed the mediation, the crystals she set out were used to comfort/heal the exact feelings I had been having. Thank you Reg for really getting me and understanding my thoughts, even when I may not know how to explain them!”
